There are two types of whitening:
At-home whitening: uses take-home whitening trays and gels. Treatment generally takes between 5-14 days depending on the desired outcome.
In-chair whitening: whitening performed in a single appointment by your dentist.
While in-chair whitening can deliver faster results than at-home whitening, the results don’t last as long, and there is a limit to how white your teeth will go.

You can maximise the results of treatment by reducing your intake of teeth-staining food and drink and brushing your teeth twice a day.

The results can last for between 1-3 years.
